Very good yoga that entertains & inspires.

With creative, fun flows, a positive attitude, and a diverse fitness background, Billy brings a unique energy to his yoga classes that gets students excited to have fun and be challenged.

Every week in class students experience a fresh sequence rooted in a challenging, alignment-based vinyasa flow. While the sequence and the theme may change, the goal is always the same: to bring students into their body, aligning breath and mind.

About Billy

Billy found yoga in the winter of 2011. He was about to graduate from college and had been living each day one night at a time, working at local bars and music venues in the greater Boston area. After discovering yoga and fitness, he set a goal to start practicing healthier habits.

In the summer of 2012, Billy completed his 200-hour yoga teacher training under the tutelage of Lynne Begier, Aaron Cantor, and Ryan Cunningham at Back Bay Yoga in Boston, Massachusetts and has been teaching ever since.

As a teacher, Billy’s goal is to provide a warm and welcoming space for all bodies and levels to practice, striking a balance between challenge and light-hearted fun. His approach is heavily influenced by Caitlyn Graham Visconte, Krista Cahill, Erica Bornstein, and Renee Leblanc.

In the summer of 2022, Billy will be attending graduate school to become a physical therapist, where he will continue to grow his professional wellness practice.
